The Rist Canyon Mountain Festival holds a good ol’ fashioned bake sale each year. The weeks and days prior to the festival, our community members put on their aprons, pull out treasured recipes and start baking. Throughout the festival, you can purchase tasty treats to take home, or enjoy a slice of pie, or a cookie to eat while wandering the vendor booths or listening to the live music.
Baking, donating, and purchasing baked goods are the perfect and tasty way to include the whole family in supporting our volunteer first responders. If bringing baked goods besides pies, please nicely wrap in reasonable quantities (example is 2/6/dozen for cookies).

Not a baker? Come volunteer during the festival at the bake tent. We need help setting up, selling baked goods, slicing pies, and clean up. Be on the lookout, closer to the festival date, for an email with the sign up link for those wanting to volunteer. Additionally, you may find the sign up link on the festival website, or in a Community Alert.
