PLEASE READ TERMS BEFORE APPLYING
 

This form is for CRAFT VENDORS ONLY. Food truck vendors, please contact Bridget at bridget@frii.com.

 If you are preparing and selling a hot-cold food item(s)/popcorn/coffee/beverage the day of the festival you are considered a food truck.

If you are selling a premade/pre packaged edible and consumable item (examples: hot sauce, honey, peaches, jams/jellies) then please continue with the application here.

One Space: $65           Two Spaces: $140

Payment information and total payment due will accompany confirmation of acceptance.

TERMS:

  • The festival is rain or shine – Saturday, September 12th 2026.

  • Application entries will be juried due to the large number of applicants. Applying does not guarantee acceptance and confirmation of acceptance will be emailed over the first week of July and payment will be requested then.

  • There is a space purchase limit of 2 spaces.

  • Vendor space size – approximately 12’ x 12’ on open grassy meadow terrain. Spaces will face either North or South.

  • Space Location – We have grown to a point that managing the requests and logistics for a particular space location is no longer feasible to offer and do. If your application is accepted, thank you in advance for your flexibility! 

  • You will need to provide your own display unit, tables, chairs, etc. and you are encouraged to bring a
    canopy (not to exceed the space size) in preparation for a typical Colorado day (sun – wind – rain). NOTE: Due to complaints received last year, all items including display items must be kept within your space area and not be put into the aisle way. You will be asked to move things back into your space and that is just uncomfortable to have to do so thank you for your understanding.

  • Arrival Time for set up: Entry into the festival grounds will begin at 7:30am (if you arrive earlier, please understand early entry will not be available). VERY IMPORTANT – once you arrive at your space, please unload only and immediately move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area. Please do not begin any set up of a canopy, table(s), displays, or boxes until your vehicle is moved to vendor parking and away from the aisle.

  • Vendor arrivals after 9:30am will not be admitted and a refund will not be issued.

  • No electricity is available

  • Wi-Fi will be available and a password will be provided to you during setup the day of the festival

  • Break down and wrap up. Please do not begin until the festival ends at 4pm. Early departure will be
    noted and your chances to return to a future festival as a vendor will be slim.
